You’re ready to roll!

Before you book your ride, please note:

  • You must be 18 years or older to drive an electric bike in Quebec, and helmets are mandatory.

  • Following your reservation, you will receive an email inviting you to complete your registration by reading and accepting the rental conditions and risk acceptance waiver.

  • Your credit card will be charged to cover, if necessary, any late fees or repairs (for damage resulting from rider negligence.

  • Be sure to choose the right bike and accessories for your outing. Our most popular and user-friendly model is the e-Utility bike (RadRunner). Other models are intended for more experienced cyclists.

  • If you are planning to ride with a passenger (max weight 300 combined pounds), please reserve a bike which includes the Passenger Kit.

  • It is strictly forbidden to ride in, or near, the salt water of the Saguenay Fjord (due to corrosiveness of salt on electronic components). If you ride in salt water, you will be charged for the full value of the bike.

  • Wear appropriate clothing for the weather, including closed-toed shoes and an extra layer in case of changing conditions.

  • Bring a refillable water bottle, sun protection and mobil phone (in case of emergency).

  • For your safety, taking selfies while riding is strongly ill-advised.

  • Cancellation policy : 100% refund up to 48 hours prior to reservation; 50% refund from 48-24 hours prior; no refunds less than 24 hours prior (*unless for reasons out of our, or your, control).

  • Extreme weather conditions could cause delayed departure times or cancellations.

  • Please arrive 30 minutes early so we can maximize your time with the e-bike! Explications of bike routes, road safety, e-bike operation and riding techniques will be given, and each bike will be adjusted to fit each rider. If it takes less than 30 minutes, leave early and enjoy some bonus time!
