OUR MISSION
At Vélo Fjord, our mission is simple: to allow our visitors to explore L'Anse-Saint-Jean in a new way, an active and ecological way, by taking the time to relax and enjoy.
Visit the village by land, at a rhythm that allows you to discover its hidden secrets and admire the natural surroundings. We promote respect for the natural environment, positive effects of the activity on physical and mental health, as well as the importance of quality time with family or friends.

The Park family
Our family has been living on the shores of the fjord for nearly 10 years. Graham, proud father and husband, has been in the region since 2003. After 4 years absence from the village, he and wife Valya, with their 3 boys, have come back home - to L'Anse-Saint-Jean, where the children were born.
Living in harmony with our values
Following many years working in the tourism industry, we will be putting our talents and values to work, in order to create an innovative, ecological, and sustainable business…at least until the boys can take over!
A family challenge
We wish to offer a new service, of the highest quality, to visitors of L'Anse-Saint-Jean. We are excited, and motivated, to add a new activity to those already offered in the Lower-Saguenay. “It all started with an idea. An idea born out of need. In the case of Vélo Fjord, the idea came from the need to move and improve physical fitness. The ability to follow and play with my kids is a bonus, and highly motivating.
Old sports injuries had forced me to give up biking and several other sports. Discovering e-bikes allowed me to find the freedom and pleasure that we only find on 2 wheels. Now, I can be physically active at my own pace, and that makes me feel great.
I sincerely hope to allow others to experience the same joy, and to discover my adopted village at the same time.”
